Colour is both a philosophy and a Science
Colour therapy is a complementary therapy that can be used alongside conventional medicine. Its simplicity allows
it to be combined with other complementary therapies but it can also stand alone as a complete therapy in its own right. It
is a way of life and a universal language.
Whether we are aware of it or not, colour affects our physical, mental and spiritual self. Today we are re-discovering
the immense importance of colour in our everyday lives, once again it is being recognised and understood for its profound
and transformational healing properties.
Our ancestors knew much of colour and its use in healing and today we are re-discovering the health benefits
of natural daylight. Our bodies are dependant on light and operate as a prism, when sun shines onto our body the 'white' light
creates the rainbow colours which fragment equally into the seven main chakras or energy centres of the body, these are
our 'batteries'.
Have you enough colour in your life? Or is your life on the grey side? Have you heard of colour therapy and how
it can work to improve your health and well-being?
Colour is now creating a new explosion the likes of which we have not seen before, people everywhere are asking
how colour therapy can work for them. What is it? What can it do for me? How do I harness it?
It is very easy to take for granted the importance that colour has in our lives but everyday descriptions like
red with anger, feeling blue and green with envy illustrate how absolutely colour affects us and how deeply ingrained
into our lives it is.
Colour is everywhere!
It surrounds us all
How is it affecting you?
How can you make it 'work' for you and your loved ones?
By choosing different colours can you change your life?
By working with certain colours can you create a healthier you?
